Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the congress.

Registration fee is non transferable to any other attendee or meeting in any circumstances.

Registration is confirmed only after the receipt of full payment.

Conference registration is mandatory to registering for Pre-Conference Workshop and abstract submission.

Registration fee will be based on the date of receipt of payment.

Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions & trade exhibition, conference lunches & inaugural dinner & the conference kit.

Conference kit will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the time of registration. Conference kits for delegates registered onspot will be subject to availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.

Kindly attach the scan copy of MT100 / Bank advice if paying through bank transfer.

Accompanying person / spouse & children will not be allowed in the scientific sessions.

PG Students should submit a bonafide letter / certificate from their Head of the Department / Unit.

Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.

The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sight seeing tours or airport transfer, unless package is opted.

The registration fee is inclusive of GST.

Conference identification badges are mandatory for all conference events(Scientific Program, Lunch, Dinner, Cultural Event & Exhibition on all days).

Cancellations received till 31^st December 2020 will be entitled for only 75% refund of the registration amount paid.

Cancellations received till 31^st May 2021 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.

No refund for cancellation made after 31^st May 2021.

The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
