Terms & Conditions


  • Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the congress.

  • Registration fee is non transferable to any other attendee or meeting in any circumstances.

  • Registration is confirmed only after the receipt of full payment.

  • Conference registration is mandatory to registering for Pre-Conference Workshop and abstract submission.

  • Registration fee will be based on the date of receipt of payment.

  • Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions & trade exhibition, conference lunches & inaugural dinner & the conference kit.

  • Conference kit will be distributed to the pre-registered delegates at the time of registration. Conference kits for delegates registered onspot will be subject to availability of stocks and on first come first serve basis.

  • Please send the duly filled registration form along with the Cheque/DD by registered post / Courier to the below mentioned address

  • Kindly attach the scan copy of MT100 / Bank advice if paying through bank transfer.

  • Accompanying person / spouse & children will not be allowed in the scientific sessions.

  • PG Students should submit a bonafide letter / certificate from their Head of the Department / Unit.

  • Conference Organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.

  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, accommodation, sight seeing tours or airport transfer, unless package is opted.

  • The registration fee is inclusive of GST.

  • Conference identification badges are mandatory for all conference events(Scientific Program, Lunch, Dinner, Cultural Event & Exhibition on all days).


Cancellation & Refund Policy


  • All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to ICC 2021 Secretariat. (indiancancercongress2021@gmail.com)

  • Cancellations received till 31st December 2020 will be entitled for only 75% refund of the registration amount paid.

  • Cancellations received till 31st May 2021 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.

  • No refund for cancellation made after 31st May 2021.

  • The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
